resaurant idea for MGM

ok so maybe i should have posted this in the imagineering forum but it about a restaurant so i thought here would be more appropriate.
anyway.i was watchin my favorite TV show here in merry old england,house of mouse.
and this got me to wonderin,
when WWTBAM goes there is going to be a fairly large space in there.
well i thought it would be cool if disney made the house of mouse a real restaurant.make it as close to the cartoon as possible inside and out ,and it could be a big all day character dining experience.
what d'ya think.

Sounds like a great idea, although i would rather see another restaurant go instead of a place that could house a much needed attraction. Prime time can go as far as im concerned, could be the same food but just a different theme.

aren't there 2 buildings front and center that need attractions already. MGM resturaunts are ALWAYS packed!

I like the idea the house of mouse would be a great charecter meal. You would never know what charecters you are going to meat. I would like to see a great family ride before a new restaurant though.

MGM can definitely use another restaurant and I would also like to see some dark rides there too. It's a shame that they ruined the menu at 50's prime time, they changed the pasta dish and now it is too spicey for me. Now if they ever take the smore's off the menu, then I couldn't care less if they leveled the place and put up a parking lot! It seems like the only park that the restaurants aren't totally packed all the time is Epcot and even that park could use another place or two, maybe in the front of the park.

I love the idea of the House of Mouse. I have thought they should have that for a long time. My youngest even asked me the other day if the next time we go to Disney could we go to the House of Mouse. Excellent idea! I hope someone runs with it.:wave:

One day it's Alladin, Prince John, Rafiki, Mulan, Piglet, and Abby Mallard -- the next it's, Dress Ariel, Frozone, Brer Fox, Shang, Merryweather, and Geppeto. That would be SWEET! Never know characters. More like Goofy's at DL Hotel.

The idea for MGM sounds great. I fell in love with Sci-fi when I was 6 and I still love it there. The cars, the food, the shows, everything there. I hope to go back there again real soon.

I'd also like them to add some of the more Classic and forgotten characters into play like Lady and the Tramp, Sword and the Stone, etc.

wow i didn't think that so many people thought the same thing.ha its a small world....er no lets not get into that *cough*(clears throat).
another idea i had for the house of mouse, was that of course there would be new and classic disney toon showing the big screens but there should be live entertainment at certain times of the day.
i mean like the quackstreet boys and stuff and maybe even some one off stage performances from the old tarzan rocks show, only minus the rollerbladers and high rope gymastics,y know just stage acting bits where they do all most popular songs from the show.
ooh and also have stuff clarabells gossip show any professor ludvig von drakes inventions shows.
just basically recreate the cartoon in real life.

whereas i do agree MGM needs a new ride, i think that a new restaurant like this would pull in the crowds too.

That would be awesome. I know my family would definately eat there. It would be a great place to see the characters you don't always meet on the "street". Is the big cheese listening???:wave:
