Reputation?

How does this feature work? I noticed it in the info column.

If it's the same thinig I'm thinking of, we use it over at DisneySites a well. A nifty idea, IMHO. It basically gives feedback on a particuluar member. If you see a post that you think is a really good or useful post, you can give the person who posted it points towards their reputation. Conversely, if someone says/does something inappropriate, you can give them negative feedback andn take away from their reputation. It's a neat little system, I think, so long as it's not abused.
