There are 8 of us coming in March 2009 and I know that I have seen 8 passenger vans so that is what I thought we would rent vs. 2 cars. Is there a rental agencie that you would recommend for this type of vehicle?:shrug:

I think Budget carries 12 passenger vans, but I'm not sure. I recall seeing them somewhere down there though. L&M also carries a 15 passenger van.

I have seen 8 passenger mini vans available for rent at some rental agencies but I think that you will need more luggage space if everyone has a suitcase. I think that it would be cheaper to rent two full size vehicles or Standard SUVs than a 12 or 15 passenger van. For some reason those big vans are extremely expensive. Two vehicles would also add some flexibility to your trip. Check out prices on Expedia or Orbitz to see what company is having the best deals. After you see who has the best deal, go to their website and book your cars. Check Mousesavers.com for discount codes. The good thing about car rentals is you can change or cancel your reservation if a better deal comes up.
