Hi, I was recently offered an entry-level position at DLR with a 2 day offer term, so I said yes and completed the onboarding. However, I had interviewed with another company as a plan B, and they're offering more money and better benefits. I didn't expect to hear back from them this late.
Will I get a restricted rehire status for reneging on my Yes answer and taking this offer instead?
And before anyone criticizes me for this: neither positions are glamorous and so I'm inclined to defer to the highest bidder. If Disney didn't give me only 48 hours before the offer expired, I would've been way less enthusiastic to say yes outright.
