Removing MM+ friends...

We took a large family trip in November, and now I'm seeing everyone else's plans for their upcoming trips. I tried deleting them as "friends" but they keep reappearing. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you rectify it? Did you get it rectified? It's really quite aggravating.

So you removed their accounts and they are still there?

Sounds like a glitch in the system. It is forever glitchy. Did you try calling to have the situation resolved? When I've had a MM+ issue and called, it's always been resolved.

They just keep coming back when I log in.

Change the lyrics of "You've Got a Friend in Me" to "You had a Friend in Me"

It's nothing personal.....just that you're not traveling together so you want to unlink profiles.

Odd that after un-friending they keep reappearing. Have you tried waiting 24 hours to see if any kind of an overnight database update will clear it? (I know the mystical "overnight update" has been the solution to many past issues)

Another alternative to unfriending someone is to ask them to go into your listing on *their* account and change the share settings from "view all my activities" to "view only our shared activities". I had a friend who started showing up all the time and this setting fixed it. (This is also the place where you can allow/disallow viewing and purchasing of PhotoPass photos)

Edit: As a side note, I just went in and removed someone I have no need to be connected to anymore. After unfriending he was still there on the very next page, but a log-out and log back in and he was gone. I'll keep an eye out to see if me magically reappears.

lol, but with MM+ the best way is to call disney its always resolved.
