Removing a person off reservation

Good morning. We are to leave wednesy for our trip and we have one person who can’t come. She can’t get any park reservations with her tickets. What do we do. The rest of us are coming

It’s a room and ticket package. She couldn’t get days reserved at park. They’re all full lol.

I guess there is nothing you can do. Call Disney if you can't modify the reservation to remove her from the room reservation and tickets or you will be charged.

They are removing her free of charge just need the travel agent to send the removal request. Praise god.
