Reign of Fire by Universal?

Guys I'm not trying to sound stupid but when I was on Boxofficemojo.com it said Reign of Fire's studio was universal, I know Reign of Fire is made by Touchstone and Castle Rock, but I thought Disney was the head honcho over those companies not Universal. If Universal is Reign of Fire's studio why would they make a RoF ride at Disney World, this is making no sence. Anybody know any more on this. If you wan to see just go on Boxofficemojo.com and click on release schedule on the left part of the screen, somebody please help me I am confused
