rehitching ceremony?

Just wondering...what exactly is the "rehitching" ceremony done in one of the restaurants at Epcot? Has anyone done it and what does it entail?

Thanks, all!

Preface this with...
a) This ceremony is performed at the Garden Grill inside the Land Pavilion, which is currently down for rehab.
b) I had read somewhere (but have NOT confirmed) that this was no longer being done. Don't know if they meant due to the rehab, or not being done period.

Anyway, from what I understand, the ceremony essentially allowed a couple to renew their vows in front of God and Mickey.

We did the ceremony at the Garden Grill in The Land in November 2002. Lot of fun. The staff was really nice and our at the time 2 year old got a real kick out of it.

From what I understand, it was OFFICIALLY discontinued but may or may not be possible unofficially depending on the CMs on duty when you ask. Your chances would be better at a time when the restaurant is less crowded than right at noon or 6. The one change is that there used to be a certificate that was given to the couple. Now, even if you get the ceremony, you don't get the certificate.

I tried to sneak this one over on my husband in December, but he wanted to eat in too many other places !!
