Refund from Disney

Just wondering how long does it take for Disney to refund your money to your credit card after you cancel a reservation. I know the Disney line 7-10 days for credit to show on your card and up to two billings cycles on your statement. We had to cancel some reservations and rebook because of free dining. Haven't received my credit yet so I can apply it to the new reservation, originally had 3 rooms at POR and rebooked OKW with free dining. Just curious as to when I might see the credit.

I usually see it within a week after a cancelation on my card.

Normally 7-10 business days. I did have to call them one time and they had to resubmit it because it never processed.

Thanks for the information, Tuesday will be the 10th business day. If I don't see it by then I guess I will have to get hold of them again.
