Refillable Mug with Basic Dining Plan

I just noticed that this year the Basic Dining Plan includes the refillable mug. Can anybody tell me how to attain the mug? Just get it in the resort lobby store & use dining plan/key to the world to pay for it? I've gotten the mug in the past and utilized the free refills everyday, but I paid for the mug. Thanks!

You get a mug in the QS restaurant of your resort and use the Dining Plan on your KTTW to "pay" for it.

We just grab ours in the Resort dining area and use the KTTW to "buy" it.

Yep,just like the good folk said,up to the CM at your food court hand over your Key/World card and the mugs yours,eh,the plastic drinking utensil,not the CM. :ROFLOL:
