Redeeming Military Tickets

My brother bought Military tickets for his family on base today, but were told since they only have the paper form, they have to redeem them at the first theme park they go to. Would they go to will-call? Or just the turnstyles (or whatever they are calling them these days)?

Or can this be done the night before at Shades Of Green, as he is military?

My son had to go to guest services at the park entrance to exchange his vouchers from his base.

It should be like any other ticket you have to redeem and you can either go to guest services at the front of any park or guest services at Downtown Disney.

Its any guest services booth, you cannot do it at SoG.

Do the vouchers have individual ticket numbers on them? If so, can he input those into MDE to book fastpasses? Or is he just out of luck on fastpasses until he gets them fully redeemed?
