Redeem Annual eCertificate at Water Park

Hi all, I was wondering if I can redeem my annual pass holder eCertificate at the water parks?

I have plans to visit Blizzard beach first.

I believe you have to redeem them at a guest services location. I'm unsure if that includes the water parks or not.
