Have you checked Yelp and Tripadvisor? There's probably lots of reviews there.
Red Lion is a chain that has a lot of locations up in the Northwest. But there are few here in SoCal, and that's actually the only one I know of in SoCal.
The only downside is that it's maybe just a tad too far to walk for many folks, as it's a block south of Katella on Harbor Blvd. It might be easier to just walk into the Toy Story Parking Lot every day and catch the Disney buses there with the folks parking their cars.

We were very close to booking the Red Lion and ended up going with the Desert Palms instead, mostly because it's in the same price range but most of the amenities that Red Lion charges for are free at the Desert.
Did we make the right choice? I'll let you know in 2 weeks.
