Recovery PhotoPass Photos

Hello, does anyone know how long Photopass recovery typically takes? We were in MK this past Tuesday 8/20. We had both LL multi pass and single pass. We should have numerous on ride photos and none showed up on our account. I sent a message through the app on Wednesday but haven’t heard back yet. Does it typically take this long?

We were also in MK on Tuesday and got our LLMP photos immediately. I know it doesn’t help you now, but in the future if ride photos don’t show up shortly after riding, visit a Photopass location (in the MK it’s in the building where you meet Mickey). The CMs are able to quickly search for your pics if you tell them the approximate time of riding. They then instantly add the photo to your MDE.

I’ve never used the app to contact Photopass but having descriptions of your clothing (or uploading a pic of what you were wearing) and the time of riding will expedite the search. And reach out again if you haven’t heard back.

I think it could take about a week. We’ve always had success with the online request. Like Tuvalu said, we submitted a picture of us on the same day to aid the process.
Thank you! I did submit a photo with message in the app. I didn’t think to check that day because it says photos can sometimes take 24 hours to appear in the app. So that’s why I waited until the next day.
I’ll give it another few days and then try again.
