Technically they are Normal Times...but I know what you mean. They will probably stay like this for a while. Most of the times aren't big changes except Epcot. And I wouldn't expect that to change until 2003.

That "lost hour" at Epcot in the morning is the one cutback at WDW that bothers me. I personally never used EE, and the early closings aren't as bad as this late opening.

I've been hoping this would change by summer...

Park hours are 'NORMAL' hours and have been for quite a long time now. No one is saying attendance is below normal and it hasn't been for quite a long time.

Well the hours are normal now, but it was meant to be NORMAL meaning pre 9/11. On the other hand though most of these hours were used at WDW for a long time. Epcot was not always 9-9 like we know it as being.

Correct. I remeber when in '96''95 or so they tried having future world close at 6 or 7 each night. That only lasted a year or so.

Hours in theme parks change constantly. That is the nature of the business.

Back in the mid-80's, when there was only Epcot and the Magic Kingdom, Epcot was open 9-11 and MK 9-midnight (summer hours, of course). The 9 p.m. closing of Epcot isn't so bad, as long as it opens by 9 a.m., and the other parks have "normal" hours.
