If you have not received your Magical Express booklet and luggage tags within three weeks of your trip I recommend you call 866-599-0951 to check on your reservation. I booked on-line and got a confirmation e-mail which included "you have chosen Magical Express" and my flight info. I called a few minutes ago to request extra luggage tags and guess what?
