There are not too many Biergarten recipes out there. You can try contacting them directly and ask for it, but it may be a "secret" that they won't share.
We have a long running recipe thread in the Restaurant & Dining forum, join us and you may find a favorite. Please keep all requests and postings of found recipes there for continuity. Thanks. :wave:
EDIT: I'll keep looking and post the recipe if I find it.
