Recently applied for my dream job

Long time reader, first time poster..

I have recently applied for my dream job at Disney World! The position is: Parks Convention Operations GSM (Guest service manager?)

I'm sure Disney will receive hundreds of applicants and, though I am certainly qualified for the position, I was hoping to get some advice on how to stand out. Is there someone I could call/email to follow up?

Also, is there anyone on the forum who works in Parks Convention Operations that could give me some insight into working in that department?
