well i was there from the 8th to the 14 of may and

crowds......not bad at all, the longest we waited was about 15 minutes for RNR.

weather....very, very hot...be prepared to drink a ton of water

also just about everything was open...except for the COP at MK...

We were there from the 4th to 12th and found that the wait times were very nice. We did find that a couple of rides were 60 min waits but most were only 15-20 and a lot were just walk right on. Peter Pan, Buzz Lightyear, RnR, and Space Mt. I would definitely consider Fastpasses on. Most everything else was just about equal waits with or without FPs.

The weather was incredibly HOT!!! I agree with disneydudette that you will be drinking a ton of water. Make sure to wear that sunscreen too.

My only other last thought is avoid the Magic Kindgom on Saturday if at all possible. If you want to go for the parade and fireworks wait until about 6 or 7pm to go. That's when we really found the longest wait times and the crowds were big in that park on that day. I think we only rode 4 rides after 5pm. Otherwise I thought the crowds were just about perfect - not too small - not too big.

LOL I just looked at your weather forcast ...four of the 10 days we are there it says..rainy...go figure...we are in a flood here now...its rained since the first of April here!! so much for escaping the rain..at least it will be warm rain..no 45 degree days!

I go a couple times a week and noticed the crowds going down. There were no lines at AK yesterday. It was warm and it did sprinkle for five minutes. Had a great time as always.

Don't worry about it. It always says rainy. It just rains in the late afternoon. Usually, the wheather is nice even though it says that. A storm could hit in a park, you go in a ride, come out and it could be over.

OK that we can handle...even a light rain for a few hours...we will just go to Epcot on those days if it looks like a long time rain..but its nice to know it doesnt mean all day hard rain!
