Recent Trip F&B Survey

Hello Everyone,

I just returned back from a trip last week with the family and after our last day at MK we received a survey from Disney regarding our recent MK visit with questions pertaining to dining.
This was after our second MK visit but I happily answered their questions but was curious if there was a greater understanding among board members if there is a larger concern regarding F&b choices at MK?
Our first day we brought food but on our second day we purchased our meal at Harbour House which is the only CS place we dine at.
I haven't dined at any sit downs in MK and wasn't too crazy about tortuga or cosmic rays from previous visits.
Do we know if they're looking to overhaul all options at this park?

I think they just constantly look for general feedback via guest survey. I received the F&B survey last week after a visit to Disney Springs. On our trip back in February I received a similar survey about F&B purchases in the Boardwalk area (Boardwalk, Yacht, and Beach resorts). On one trip last year another after spending the day at Animal Kingdom. Actually, during or immediately after most of my trips I receive a survey asking questions about a particular topic. One time a few years ago, after a stay at Boardwalk Inn, I wrote an email pointing out how dirty the carpets and floors where all over the resort (we had stepped over the same crushed cookie in our hallway all week, for example). After that, I received surveys about the cleanliness of floors for quite some time. My family started referring to me as a Disney floor inspector lol.

We get them often when we visit parks. I've had the same dining one at Epcot more or less the last several years. No major overhauls. They just look for feedback in general.

They constantly survey. Not necessarily to bring about an overhaul, but to constantly tweak and modify menus. If they notice a downtrend about a particular location, then they can attempt to identify and correct it.
