I'm with you, I wouldn't want to live there. If I hit the lottery I would use the money to rent out a park for an evening to have it all to my self.
We just returned from a 10-day Disney vacation (included a 3-night cruise in the middle), and we are Disney'd out for a while.
And really, it's a neighborhood that happened -- past tense -- to be on Disney property. Once they sell a house, it's no longer on Disney property. It's not like you will be getting RCID voting rights. In that sense, it's like Celebration.
