I received a dining plan offer in the mail. I have recieved these before. However, I have a question. We have friends who would like to go with us this year. Does anyone know if we can use my DP offer and book all four of us even though they will be in a different room than us?

The DP offer is usually for the one it is addressed to. You could book 2 rooms and they could reimburse you for room and tickets. We always include our daughter's boyfriends and get them a seperate room package at the time I am booking our vacation and I have never had any problems. It just all has to be under the name the DP was offered. You will need the names of the guests that will be staying in both rooms. They will give you a confirmation number and total for each room. Keep in mind when you do 2 rooms you will need to pay 2 deposits or at least I always have. Hope this helps.

As long as the reservation for both rooms is in your name, yes. I think (but won't swear to it) that when it comes time to pay, each room could be paid with a separate credit card so that you don't have to deal with reimbursement. In other words, it doesn't matter whose name is on the credit card, just whose name the reservation is in.

Yes, you can. I already had a package reservation for my family and then my dad got a PIN for free dining. He called and made his reservation and then I went to his house one night and we called and my reservation was attached to theirs and free dining was added to my package. I had already paid my $200 deposit previously, so I didn't have to worry about that. I was even able to keep my original confirmation number under my name...they just sent me a new sheet showing the free dining added to it. In fact, you don't even have to go the exact same dates. My parents check in two days before us and check out one day before we do...so our trips overlap, but aren't the exact same dates.

Thanks for the info. However, usually the DP is on one KTTK card. How did that work with two rooms. Did your Dad have hsi DP credits on his card yours on your card?

The DDP is on all the cards for a room not just one. It also follows the room so the keys to room 1 will have its DDP credits on them, the key to room 2 will have their credits on it and so on.

When you receive those dining plan offers in the mail, what do they look like? Anyone found a photo online of one?
I receive offers probably monthly. Just a folded advertisement from Disney with the offer and key code inside. And no I'm not sending a copy of it to you.
