Well, the name on my birth certificate is "Darrell". But I've been "Skip" since before birth. The joke is that my older brother's nickname is "Chip". You can imagine the horror I was subjected to by cruel children when you and your brother have names like that. We've been called "Chip and Dale" (my favorite, actually), "Chip and Dip" (my least favorite, for obvious reasons) and some other sundry names I won't put on here.
