How about when Haunted Mansion stops and you hear "Cranky spooks have interrupted our tour. Please remain seated in your Doombuggy and we will continue our little tour." I love that one!

This one may vary from person to person, but I love it when the Haunted Mansion maid/butler says "Now pile your wretched bodies away from each and every wall, dragging them into the dead center of the room."
