Dose anybody know what opperating system RCT2 will be for. I read on Amazon that Windows 98 would would be it but I herd from other people that it would also work for Windows 95 (I hope It's Windows 95 because that's what I have). If anybody knows please tell me.Thanx:king:

Most games that were made after 99 have a windows 98 or higher requirment..sorry..think its time you upgraded...

I agree with Now...i think most MS-Programming languages (Visual C++, which RCT was built in, although it was partially made in assembly language...check www.chrissawyer.com for more info) run on windows 98 or higher. Win95 had way too many problems to accomadate, i believe.

I have to agree...

With the low computer requirements, the only thing that would prevent someone from playing RCT II is having an outdated OS. Unfortunately, Mouse3268, you are probably going to have to update your Operating System in order to play RCT II. As Now said, most game made now will be operational with Windows 98, Windows 2000/Professional, Windows NT, and now Windows XP. With programmers having to make sure their games run on so many different platforms, Windows 95 will probably not make the cut. Unfortunately, its now obsolete. Computers get better and better so fast, and its hard to keep up. However, there is some hope. If you just want to upgrade to 98, finding an upgrade shouldn't be too hard and should be pretty cheap.
