Main Street, U.S.A
Guests enter Hong Kong Disneyland through Main Street, U.S.A., designed after quintessential small town America and evoking a time gone by when the gas lamps was giving way to electricity and "horseless carriage" was the latest novelty. Its nostalgic design will help transport guests from the real world into a "magic kingdom" where they can then venture into the different lands of Disneyland Park.

Fantasyland
Sleeping Beauty Castle is to the gateway to Fantasyland. Here the guests will find a magical place where their favourite Disney stories come alive. Opening day attractions included Peter Pans Flight, Dumbo, Snow Whites Scary Adventures, King Arthur’s Carousel and the brand new Fantasy Gardens where you can meet your favourite characters.

Adventureland
Adventureland, the largest of any Magic Kingdom takes guests into a journey to the exotic regions of the Asian and African jungles. Opening day attractions included The Indiana Jones Adventure, a high speed coaster journey through the an abandoned temple on the banks of the rivers of adventure. Prepare to get soaked with a ride on Kali River Rapids, through jungles, swamps and caves shaped like skulls.

Tomorrowland
Tomorrowland a world filled with science fiction and soaring space adventures. Guests can enjoy the warp-speed adventure of "Space Mountain," as you are catapulted up the mountain and into a thrilling high speed adventure around the galaxy. Guests can also piolet their own space craft in Astro Orbitors or defend the galaxy on Star Tours.

Continue the Magic by staying at one of the On-site Resorts.

The Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel
Nestled along the waters edge, the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel recalls the elegance and romance of the hotels at the turn of the 20th century. The luxurious six-story Victorian-style resort features 400 rooms in various lodge buildings and includes restaurants, lounges, a tea cafe, a retail shop, a children's program, a full-service fitness center, spa and beauty salon,

Disney’s Asian Resort
Also nestled along the waters edge Disney’s Asian Resort is a full scale resort themed to the Asian region. Placed directly behind the parks Adventureland the resort carries the theme from the park to the outside world and beyond. 950 rooms in one main building which includes restaurants, lounges, a retail shop, a children's program, a full-service fitness center, spa and beauty salon,

Both resorts offer easy access to Disneyland Park via Walkway/Bus and Boat transportation.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As soon as I opened the park it became very popular, and I quickly had to add rides to increase the capacity of the park.

Adventureland gained:-

Aladdin Magic Carpets-A family friendly spinner

Genies Magic Carpet-A thrilling Magic Carpet Ride

And Expedition Everest- This attraction was placed on the site planned for Pirates of the Caribbean. A towering Mountain provides the setting for a thrilling journey through, up and finally out of the top of Mt Everest

Fantasyland gained:-

Fantasyland Circus- A dramatic stage show with a high guest capacity

The Little Old Mill- A mini wheel attraction for the kids

Tommorrowland gained:-

Buzz LightYear Space Ranger Spin- A wacky spinning wild mouse coaster through the world of Buzz

Space Racers- A thrilling 4D experience.

The biggest expansion of the park came with the addition of a whole new land
FRONTIERLAND

Actually a continuation of Adventureland, Frontierland was placed just beyond the Pueblo (last out post) theme in the western corner of Adventureland.

A mining town Thunder Mesa was built with retail and food outlets, aswell as the lands signature attraction Big Thunder Mountain. The Rivers of Adventure was extended to flow through to Frontierland, this part has been appropriately named Rivers of the Far West.

FUTURE

In planning now is a Wilderness Resort to be placed behind Big Thunder Mountain, between the Asian and Disneyland resorts.

A Haunted Mansion attraction for Frontierland. A new E-ticket for Tommorrowland and Fantasyland

And The 2nd theme park which is currently being planned with phase one, the land reclamation completed

I must say, your park skills have improved greatly since your last park! You seemed to be influenced by Meretrix's Tilted Acres park. An amazing park which should set an example to all MK builders, BUT, sometimes that influence is too obvious. Try developing your own unique style. You can go very far with this park!
Second remark has to be about your Adventureland. While the ideas for the area are nice, I'm not so sure Asians would want to visit Asia all over again. (And it's not even the real thing). Try a different theme. Same goes for E:E. The idea is nice (and executed very nicely) but people from Asia (IMO) wouldn't want to see a copy of the real thing they already have.

You're off to a great start! You show talent and I think you can go a long way with your talent! I hope I've helped a bit! :)

Good luck,
Disney Fan.

Californians visit Disney's California Adventure all the time......

Anyways, glad to see you back SpaceMountainUK! The park looks incredible. Can't wait to see more of it. :D

I see what you mean about asians not wanting to visit a fake asia, but that is exactly what is being built in HKDL now. seeing as i set out to make a recreation of that resort that is why i made a large Adventureland and missed out Frontierland for phase one.But i set up all the themes so that Frontierland would flow nicely into Adventureland, Kinda like it does @ Disneyland Paris.

Any suggestions on a 2nd theme park?? I was going to make a studios park, but the idea is a little weak for RCT, as you cant make many good dark rides really. Then i thought about a DisneySEA's but im undecided as of yet.

DisneySea wouldn't work so close to Tokyo. I suggest taking on a whole new theme for Disney parks. Maybe an ancient mythical theme?

Hey, nice park.

I do agree with Disney Freak about some things looking too similar to Meretrix's Tilted Acres *coughspacemountaincough*. DF summed up just about everything I think. Definately a great start, and alot better than some Disney parks circulating out there.

I agree! Everything with the Disney name lately is all crap! There are few parks which provide the atmosphere of a Disney park! :brick:

Construction of the new Walt Disney Studios park is complete and the park opened with HUUUUUGGGE crowds. It is a very popular addition to the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

The park blends areas from the Walt Disney Studios in Paris and the Popular Disney MGM Studios in Orlando

The park is split into 4 zones.

The Front Lot
Walk the red carpet as you enter the Studio Gates.

Hollywood Blvd
Housed inside Disney Studio Soundstage, this serves as the parks Main Street.

Sunset Blvd
Home to fabulous shopping and 2 of the parks popular attractions
The Twilight Zone-Tower Of Terror
and
Honey I Shrunk The Audience

The Backlot
The backlot is home to 3 popular attractions
The Rock'N'Rollercoaster
Studio Tram Tour
and
Armagedon-SFX-The RIDE
San Fransico Street set and Honey I Shrunk the Kids dinning experince and Backlot Express add to the overall atmosphere.

Plans are already in place to expand the popular park as crowd levels remain at a constant high. Both in Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios.

have deleted 24 image(s) from your Webshots photo albums.

Same thing has happend to me many times. I now use a different and much better host, Worlds of Disney.

BTW, I too emailed them about it and their response was "Posting screens of RCT2 is in violation of RCT2 Terms of Use".

It's bs, I know, but dump Webshots and use another host. PM me if you want the link for WoD.

I used my own website to host pictures, but since it was free, brinkster changed around the editing menus (wont let me use ftp) so I can no longer do anything with hosting pictures on that.

I now using this site and use photoshop to make sure the picture sizes are small enough so I can have many pictures.
