I have a Canon 400D and Elements 5.0, my problem is whenever I take a shot in raw the image is not supported although when I use help in Elements it has several chapters covering RAW, can anyone give me some help.:brick:

You should make sure that you have the latest Camera Raw plug in for your version of Elements.
Look here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/407/kb407110.html
According to kb407111 (linked to by the above page), the 400D needs at least Camera Raw 3.6. You should be able to install up to Camera Raw 4.6 on Elements 5.0
You should be able to see what Camera Raw plug-in version you have by choosing "Help > About Plug-In" from the Elements Editor.

Also, for some photo programs you may have to download a 'codec' from the Cannon web site downloads section that lets it recognize images in RAW format.
