Separate question.
After using the bands, what is your overall feelings on the experience they created?
Do you feel like it made your visit to WDW better, worse, no different than before, etc?

Personally, I chose the second option, but could have easily gone with the third option. The experience was unique, and maybe a little on the "cool" side considering the new technology and the fact that it worked, but I didn't really feel that the use of them offered anything significantly better.

You titled this poll "rate your feelings" and the other "rate your experience." I assumed from that that this poll was for those who hadn't tried MB, while the other was for those who has personal experience with them.

If I interpreted the title incorrectly, let me note that my "F" vote was made without the benefit of personal experience, but solely based on the information we currently have about the MBs and their appearance, comfort, usage and reliability.

Probably a bad choice of titles, which I wrestled with shortly, but then just let it go.
I was aiming for those who had actually used them, but I don't guess it matters really. Although, I know a lot of people who, like you, haven't tried them and feel the same way you do. Personally, I don't think it's fair to score/rate something you haven't tried or experienced, but that's just my own feelings.

I'm sure that's true for some things, but I think with enough information we can make a reasonable conclusion about our feelings. For example, I've never tried stabbing my eyeballs with scissors, but I know just how I feel about it... Imagining a rubber bracelet on my wrist isn't too much of a stretch. ;)

B+. Cool technology but wish they would have spent the money on attractions. Overall I thought it was very convenient and the rest of my family is excited to try it. I only had to reach for my wallet twice. Once at my room and once at a F&W point of sale. Check-in, use MB. Enter room, use MB. Enter park, use MB. Eat, use MB. Buy gift, use MB. FP+, use MB. Test Track design, use MB.

I thought this was going to describe a feature wherein through monitoring your pulse rate, body temperature, and amount of agitated arm movements your magic band would rate your feelings and tips may be sent to your smart phone such as, "Now would be a good time for a nap", "You know you really want to buy that shirt", or "Hey, you're a married man!"

Overall I'd give the magic band experience a B-. Nice when it works, but a huge buggy hassle when it doesn't. I hope they get things streamlined soon.

I voted strictly on the use of the band to enter parks, make purchases and for fastpass returns. It was fine.

FastPass+, on the other hand, would get the lowest rating possible!! It's fine if it's just 2 of us but having to wrangle fast passes for a party of 15...3 rooms at POP, 1 at AoA, 1 offsite. The hassle of trying to add the friends in such a manner that you can share the fast pass info...it was a nightmare for us!! 1 of our party wasn't issued a band, the three who were offsite, weren't either so we couldnt really participate in the same things at the same time.

Our next trip, it's just 5 of us and I've already selected our fastpasses. If my niece decides to join us though, we're outta luck cuz her ticket doesn't appear in My Disney Experience on her profile.
