I ran across a video of an appearance of members of the New Mickey Mouse Club competing against cast members from Little House on the Prarie on All-Star Anything Goes. This is a rare and hard-to-find game show (even on YouTube) which ran from 1977 to 1978. This video is a bit choppy (only highlights from the show are included), and the picture quality is a bit rough in spots, but still very watchable!:
