rare characters at halloween party

is there any chance anyone knows what characters will be at Mickey's not so scary halloween Party? We're thinking about going and would like to know what rare characters are there. I want to meet some princes and some villians who arent out during normal hours. any info is appreciated.

halloween party

we normally go to the halloween party every year, will share with you what we know so far

near the aladdin ride where you buy the pineapple floats, there is free face painting during the party and a building where you go in and there are characters waiting for you with backdrops from their movies

usually baloo and king louie, lion king characters, and jane/tarzan/terk
this year no tarzan characters, they will be replaced with mowgli and his jungle book friends

back in toontown, on the princess lines, there will be aurora with prince phillip(only place to get him), cindy and her prince, and belle with the beast

in adventure land, prince ali and princess jasmine, the only time you can get aladdin in his prince ali costume, they rotate with abu and the genie

pooh and friends also pose near his ride in costumes as well as mickey and minnie in costumes in toon town or near the town hall. we have photos with them in both places

i have only seen the walrus once during the party and the battery in my camera died so i could not get a photo with him

snow white appears with all 7 dwarfs, expect to wait and hour or longer in line, the area where they pose for photos is rather dark, the photos with our own camera or the photopass cameras always comes out dark

after the villains show they come down to pose for photos only, cruella/jafar/maleficent/snow queen - have seen them all before during regular park hours

years past we met big bad wolf, the villain from mulan, goliath from the gargoyles, and so many others
for the past 2 years we haven't seen any "rare" ones any more

Where have you seen Maleficent during regular park hours? I'd kill to meet her somewhere!

we have been going to wdw for almost 20 years now, sometimes we would go 3 times a year

we met Maleficent several times in the parks, at time with no green make up at all, and at times in full green and nose makeup
there use to be a stage show that she appeared in with no make up, it was a show to celebrate the different holidays, characters would come out in costumes for their respected holidays
captain hook and maleficent would have orange and black outfits to represent halloween during the show

pooh's playful spot use to be the villains meet and greet area a few years ago, it was full of villains, we have group shots with up to 4 at a time

the snow queen and malificent use to appear together, we have photos of us with the both of them from a couple trips

we have photos of the queen of hearts and stomboli together also

Yep! Saw that show in 96' I think. Hook was Halloween. Chip n' Dale was Christmas and they opened a box and balls popped out. i have photos of it. It was my first trip and they had just taken down the cake! :)

I remember those days. They had Darkwing Duck, Scrooge McDuck, Gaston, Goliath, Rolie Polie Olie, Zoe, Big Bad Wolf, Quasimodo, Clopin, Phoebus etc. I wish they would go back to those days when they had more rare characters out. Not the same ones over and over.
