Love the buffets at Disney. With the DW and DD non meat eaters( me..I still devouer)...buffets are the way to go many times. SO much to offer. Everyone has their own idea as to the best but in this manis humble opinion, here arte my top 5 ranked from 5-1

#5..............Chef Mickeys Dinner buffet. This use to be our best but I think we have gone so many times and now really just go for the meal and not the charecters this has dropped. Still awsum but #5 in my eyes
#4..............Crystal Palace. Awsum setting, bright, cheerful, food very good
#3.............Tusker House Breakfast....I think the food here is best for breakfast...always fresh, and never dry....
#4............Ohana Breakfast........Family style...the bring the DW and DD special orders when asked...very curtious staff
AND NOW FOR MY #1...........Cape May Dinner Buffet..just the BEST...crab legs, clams ( by way they are more like little necks..not clams...from RI er )...ambiance awsum and staff is super

5. Hollywood & Vine (it's been about 7 years though)
4. Garden Grille
3.Chef Mickey's- not so much the food as much as the atmosphere
2. O'hana
1. World Showcase-especially during Food and Wine- we take at least one day and just pig out around the WS- stopping at a QS in every country for at least one food dish and one drink. We share of course because otherwise we'd never make it! We call it the WS Buffeteria LOL! :D

YES YES YES on Cape May Buffet being number 1 for dinner! You could have rolled us out of there this past December!

Other buffets I've particularly enjoyed are:
Biergarten Dinner (for both food and entertainment), and
1900 Park Fare for breakfast (because of the strawberry soup and the Mad Hatter)
(Didn't love our Tusker House Breakfast. It was just ok.)

Keep Moving Forward
I've only ever been to one buffet - Tusker House. I'm looking forward to reading everyone's options as we are heading into the character dining years with my kids.

My favorite breakfast buffet is Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge, for lunch and/or dinner my favs are Crystal Palace at MK and of course, Chef Mickey's! Cape May has a good breakfast buffet too with the characters.
