Random thought about lawsuits

So I had a random thought this morning with that guy suing Disney and the Haunted Mansion not opening in the morning. With the craziness of the US and lawyers, I would be shocked if someone hasn't tried this.

But has anyone sued Disney for a ride being down for refurbishment or breaking down during their vacation?

Read the fine print on the ticketing page
It wouldn’t surprise me if it was attempted, and immediately laughed out of court.
Yes it would be

Disney also posts in advance rides that are scheduled to be down for refurbishment. So a guest suing for that would not get anywhere with that lawsuit either.

Wouldn’t surprise me a bit. As much as the plaintiffs bar floods the market with adds about the billions they recover “for the people “. You cant drive a mile or listen to radio for five minutes without getting advertisements from lawyers.

But those "we only get paid if you get paid" types screen cases pretty heavily so they only take slam dunks with a high chance of settlements. This would get the same laugh it would in the courtroom
