Does anyone know how the Rainforest Café makes their potato chips? I would like to make them at home, but I don’t know the correct seasonings/spices to use.

I haven't seen too many recipes from the Rainforest out there. I haven't eaten in one for years so I'm not quite sure what they taste like...can you describe them?

I take Meijer brand kettle chips, sprinkle on some seasoned salt, and toss them in the oven. But, I'd love to get my hands on the real recipie; those things are MUCH better than churros. :slurp:

Write to them and ask or do a search for them on the net.

Describe them, that’s kind of difficult. I think they start with kettle chips as Thunder Tz stated. Then they add some kind of Cajun seasoning onto them. The chips are then baked and served hot. It’s the seasoning I cannot replicate.

I also did an Internet search and couldn’t find anything. I thought someone who works at one of the WDW café’s might read this and would be able to tell me.
