Rain and mnsshp

It POURED last week for the first hour, then drizzled, then stopped completely.

The Headless Horseman didn't ride for the first parade but rode for the second. Also, the 1st show of the "Villains Mix and Mingle" was cancelled but all other performances went on.

I believe Disney will not cancel an event for rain - only severe lighting. At Walmart in the camping section, they sell clear rain ponchos for under a $1. We wore them for the first half then ditched them when it cleared up.

The only time I've heard of anything close to a rainout was a Christmas Party where it downpoured the entire night. All parades were cancelled, as well as many of the shows. The fireworks may have even been scaled back because of wind.
Guests were offered tickets to another Party, or a 1-day ticket if they couldn't make it to another party.
