Raglan Road main stage area?

Raglan Road is a must do for our family. The last two times we've gone, we've been put in one of the rooms to the side of the main room. I don't remember a way to make a request on the Disney reservation. I know you can also book via Open Table but I don't know if you can add a request on there and does it make a difference? I requested the main room both of the last times when we checked in at the restaurant and we were put as far back as possible in the side rooms. Has anyone had success getting the main room?

Your best bet is to do it at the check in podium. Tell them you are prepared to wait for the main room.

Not sure how big your party is, but I was recently there with a party of 8 and, without any request at all, they brought us right to the main room. Maybe it had something to do with us being a larger party, or maybe it was just total luck? Not really sure, I guess. Best of luck to you, though!

We get it every time. We just request it and wait. Sometimes it's a while. Usually one person waits nearby while the rest of our party browses the nearby stores.

We sat directly in front of the stage at our last trip (and goodness those lights were hot LOL). We enjoyed it it. But our luck was a matter of timing because we had a 5pm reservation before the dinner crowds arrived. We had our choice of seats. Next time though I would want to be at a table a little further back.

Just ask in person then be prepared to wait simple as that

I can confirm what others are saying - state your request at the podium, and let them know you're willing to wait. Works every time!

I booked at 5 pm this time for the same reason so I suppose we'll get there and wait if necessary.
