Howdy, I'm having a bit of a problem. I'm finishing up a presentation for my public speaking class about the theatricality of the Disney Theme Park. I know I've read a great quote by either John Hench or Herb Ryman (I think) about the Disney "Show," and how all the little details from the smell of the popcorn to the flags waving on Cinderella's Castle come together to create an experience that can't really be replicated anywhere else, even in the photographs that Guests take home. I would love to use an excerpt from that quote as part of my closing statement. Unfortunately, I haven't the foggiest idea as to where I actually read it. It could have been in a book, or it might very well have been online. Might anyone know what I'm talking about and be of assistance?
Edit: Never mind--I just tried the one place I hadn't looked--Jim Hill. Of all places... For anyone who's interested, here's the link: http://www.jimhillmedia.com/mb/articles/showarticle.php?ID=1410
