Quieter Spots in the Parks?

I know there is a WDW with Kids board but it seems relatively inactive so I am asking here instead.

I am an experienced WDW visitor but will be taking a kid (4 yo daughter) for the first time right after Thanksgiving this year.

She is in the nap transition period. I don't love the idea of losing significant park time traveling back to and from the resort (AoA) to rest up.

Does anyone have any tips regarding good, relatively quiet areas in the parks to hang out in should she doze off in the stroller? I know the baby care centers are a thing but 4 seems a little old to use them.

Epcot has lots of quiet spots in the country pavilions. I’m partial to Morocco.
DHS I’m struggling with a bit, but maybe in the Star Wars Launch Bay entrance. There’s some posters up on the left as you first head in. It seems pretty quiet there.
AK I’d walk the trails. Or head over to Dino land and see if you can find a shady spot over there.
MK: we had successful naps on carousel of progress, people mover, hall of presidents, the steam boat, and walking around Tom sawyers island.

Last time we were at DHS Baby Care it was very quiet sitting on the rocking chairs in the ice cold AC.
