Quickest route, Dolphin to P.O. Riverside?

Hi, looking at a morning at the Ol’Fishin Hole at Port Orleans Riverside on our next trip and setting off from our Resort (Dolphin) and thinking of the quickest route...

Got 2 ideas and Thinking this is 50/50 but if anyone has an opinion please let me know!

1) Boat to Studios from outside our hotel and then bus to Riverside.
2) Walk through Epcot and bus from there...

Any other ideas

Quickest? Uber/Lyft/Taxi/Minnie Van.
If you are of average health, it may be faster walking to either DHS or Epcot than taking the boat. Personally going to DHS should be faster as you won't need to clear security, but its a potential toss up.

DHS to Riverside - no security. Epcot will take more time to enter and pass through, and the busses back to the hotels won't likely be running more often than at DHS.

Should of said we are in no huge rush and are capable of the walks!
Not looking to do a taxi but maybe Minnie van is an option... thanks
