I have Memory maker.. we have 2 reservations( 6 people total for my immediate family) AND we are linked with a friend who will be with us for 4 days of our trip..will all 3 sets of "people" have their pictures show up on my MM?

AFAIK yes, as long as they have the privacy settings on their profile set to allow you to see and purchase their photos.
