Quick Weekend Trip

My wife and I are heading to Orlando to celebrate our anniversary, and we plan on spending one day at Disney. Our preferred park has always been the Magic Kingdom, but I was wondering if the New Toy Story Land is worth us upgrading our tickets to park hoppers and spending part of our day there.

What say you all?

Unless you have FPs, you'll do a lot of waiting. Just to pull an extract, as of right now, SDD has an 85 minute wait. Saucers and TSMM both have 50 minute waits. I would stick with MK.

You do have another option, however, if you're willing to spend extra. WDW is offering Disney After Hours at HS tomorrow evening for $125/person ($95 if you're an AP holder). You'll be able to get in as many rides in TSL as you want in addition to the other big attractions at HS.

Having only one day....celebrating an anniversary, I'd prefer to stay in MK and enjoy all there is to enjoy there. TSL wouldnt be attractive enough for me to pay the PH fee and taking the time traveling to another park. Continue the tradition of letting MK be your spot to enjoy together.

I have to agree. While you do have options to get to HS, I think spending a day / evening in MK along with a dinner reservation at an MK resorts restaurant is the way to go. Best choices are probably CG or either Citricos or Narcoosees at GF.

As of right now, tomorrow Citrocos is available at 9:00 pm and CG is available at 9:35pm.
