Are you able to combine 2 snack credits to equal 1 QS meal? Or combine 2 QS credits to equal a table service credit? I seem to remember on my last trip in 2010 that something like that was possible.

I am pretty sure you can't.

I think that is a negative. I have only read that people can use a TS credit as a QS (but that is less value on the dollar) and I think even that is no longer possible.

You can still use a TS at a QS. Otherwise the Deluxe plan wouldn't be able to be used at, say, Cosmic Rays...and it clearly is.
