Quick Question about the New Fast Pass and staying at Swan/Dolphin

Do you still receive the bracelet fast pass benefits staying "on site" at Swan or Dolphin as you would a proper Disney Resort (Poly/Pop/etc)?

Will be difference maker in quick two night trip planning in April.

As of right now, no MBs, and you have to make your FP+ selections same day at a kiosk. Who knows if that will change, though.
