Yes, but when you walk in through the International Gateway, you still have to cross over the bridge to enter the France pavilion. Is the whole pavilion open early now?

The Pavilion isn't open but the restaurant is! Kind of like Norway, Akershus is open ut everything else is closed.

If you just want a croissant and coffee there is a kiosk between England and Canada that is open at that time. Joffreys.

Is that England near the UK pavilion.

Guests from Future World get to the France pavilion the same way guests from the International Gateway do. Walkways from the World Showcase Promenade to the bridge before the France pavilion have always been open in the mornings. I'm just trying to picture the logistics of opening the Patisserie in the mornings while the rest of that area is closed ...
