Questions for Salaried Employees

I am in the second interview stage for a salaried position at WDW. I’ve worked for the company as an hourly employee, but never salaried. Are there any differences in the maingate/comp admission for salaried vs hourly employees? Also, for PTO, do salaried employees have to accrue PTO or do they start with a bank of PTO hours to use?
