Yup, as previously mentioned, neither have high-speed installed, but Chatham does have two phone lines. And there are computer labs, but they're not great. My experience with them tended to test my patience. If you get lucky, and are there when the connection is good, they're great. But I found that their connections were often down, sometimes for days at a time (at least at all the times I went in there). That was the case at Chatham's lab, anyways. And at Chatham, there's only I think 9 computers, and a lot of people wanting to use them. So sometimes you have to plan ahead, sign up for a time slot, and come back later.
I only used Vista's computer lab once, but it was enough to scare me away from it. It's much larger, and there's a lot more computers, but it's so slow. I tried a few different computers, and none of them could access my normal, web-based e-mail site. And pages took forever to load.
My advice is, if you need the internet regularly, to get a cheap dial-up connection and bring your computer. I used NetZero's basic pay service, and it worked great.
As for high-speed, I've heard of people who have gotten it, but I'm not sure how easy it is to do.
