Questions about Return Time Tickets for B.O.G.

I understand there is no longer a stand by line for lunch at Be Our Guest and only return time tickets for those who were not able to get fastpasses. So, can anyone tell how early they start handing these out and if your entire group has to go or if only one can go and get tickets for everyone - I believe each person needs one right? Thanks for the help!

Wondering the same thing myself. I never did receive an email regarding making a FastPass reservation for Be Our Guest. Every time I tried to make my FastPass reservation via the Be Our Guest webpage I was using the wrong reservation ID. It is not the reservation confirmation but a different ID that is all numbers. I called Disney this morning and was given the correct number needed... but now it looks like I am too late!

Two weeks ago, my sister's family of 4 showed up at BOG at 10:20am without a FP+ and were escorted in to eat at 10:30am. No return ticket.
