Hello! So I'll be starting college this Summer and I am definitely going to do the Disney college program towards the end of my freshmen year. Then my sophomore year, I was planning on applying for a Professional Internship, but my question is Am I too young? I'll be 20 by then. Do PI's want college graduates? Thats my biggest question. What does PI require?

other questions:
1. How many classes can/should you take?
2. Does Disney give you hours to work that fit around your classes?
3. Do they give you Sunday to go to church
Anything else I should know?

Please be specific! I LOVE Disney and my dream is to become an event coordinator and plan events like runDisney, Wine and Dine festival, Disney Weddings, ext.

I'll help you out!

1. It depends on how long you're down there. If you're there for the shorter program (Spring or Fall) I would only take one. If you're there for the longer program (Spring Advantage or Fall Advantage) you could take two. I believe the max you can take is two. I do highly recommend taking one, there really great classes.

2. Disney will give you off to allow you to go to classes. It's one of the nice things about taking a class, you're almost always guaranteed the same day off because of your class. Depending on what time your class is though you may have work before or after.

3. I don't know about church but I think if it's something that's really important to you, definitely bring it up in your interview and ask them. The interviewer will be able to give you a direct answer. If you've already interviewed I would contact college recruiting and ask. It's good for them to know that that's something important to you because they probably wouldn't put you somewhere that has heavy morning hours (like Main Entrance Operations, A heavy breakfast restaurant, etc.)

Hope that helps!
