Question!

Here's our dilemma. Hubby and I already applied to Disney in May, so we'd have to wait until November to apply again correct? (we couldn't get down there for an interview last month, so we got put on a list for this month but my husband can't take any leave so we couldn't make it down to interview).

Hubby is being discharged from the military at the end of August and we're planning on relocating to FL.

My dashboard now says "no longer in consideration" but the link to schedule an interview that I originally got via email still works.

DH wants to get in Security first (full time hopefully) but would eventually like to do maintenance on boats there or work with boats in some way (that's what he does in the CG).
As for me, I was aiming to start back in Attractions or wherever Full Time is available and try different areas out but I'd love to be a photographer for Disney weddings (someday, I have my own business right now actually).

What can I do? I have applied to some other roles at Disney so we'll see if I get any further in the process. FYI I'm a former cast member, I did two college programs and shouldn't have any issues getting rehired. Thanks for your help!

Obviously the first part is to get an interview, if the link still works then try to get an interview, one that you can go to haha If you can't get it, call casting and see if they can help you. You might have to wait a few months to apply again but hopefully that won't be the case. Once you have gotten into the company, moving around is easy while moving up can be somewhat hard. I had to move around for about a year with the company before getting a promotion job lol If your husband tells them off the bat he wants to work at this, then maybe they will offer him that or at least tell him how to go about to apply for it. But the best is get into Disney and then move around until you get what you want. Hope that helped. Best of luck to both of you!
