I was recently accpeted into the CP, but had to decline due to scheduling problems with my school. In my acceptance letter it said my role was going to be in Operations. Funny thing is that Operations was not one of my six choices. So my question is does anyone know how exactly they assign roles???? My mom and I were thinking it may have had to do something with my first choice being in entertainment, but at the the time of my presentation all of the audtions have passed, so they may have placed me somewhere were I could possible work doing something before a show or something. Any thoughts???

Operations includes park greeters, parking, and attractions. So if you asked for attractions, your letter would say operations. I know they try their best to give you one of your top choices. Obviously since you asked for entertainment, and there were no auditions availible, you weren't going to get that role. They may have just placed you in what they thought would be best suited for you and your personality. I honestly don't know the correct answer, but maybe this will help a little.

you might be 100% right. With operations we do tend to work along side entertainment, such as spectro and fantasmic. Granted we don't get to be in the show, but its as close as you might get compaired to other role.

Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong on that one.
