Question to ask about annual passes

I just went and bought my annual pass at a Disney Store, and got the exchange certificate. I'm posting because I hope someone here might be able to answer this question for me.

I know the annual pass includes parking, but on the first day when I redeem the certificate for the actual pass, would I still have to pay for parking that day or do I show the exchange certificate to the parking lot attendant and not have to pay the parking fee?

Thanks in advance for any info I can get! Can't wait to go to WDW!

Yes, the parking attendant should let you in with the voucher. If you want to avoid the off chance that you get someone that won't let you in you can activate your ticket at guest relations in DTD.

I had no problems flashing the voucher to get in without paying for the parking. You should have no worries.

And I prefer to say that I already have paid for the parking when I bought the AP. For that price, it's definitely not free. :lol:

I have never had trouble when presenting my voucher for the free parking.
